At Three Happy Coconuts, each mattress and topper is thoughtfully made to order using natural materials.
Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or trial periods on mattresses, toppers, pillows, or bedding products.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.
Exchange Requests
We may accept exchanges on select unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
